 Yooooo everybody its my first email from the field lets goooooooooooooo


Yes Elder Bush do be in New York and its crazyyyyyyyy
It is the most culture shock of culture shocks for me i wont lie. I will say that the way of doing missionary work here is so different than anywhere else lollll

I will share all the hard stuff ive been through first and then i will end with the good stuff that ive experienced 
The first couple days here are a shock and dont you worry im still kinda in shock. As soon as we got out of the airport i was told to invite everyone i see to church this sunday and if you know me at all, im not much of a super forward person. So this was very hard for me, like i was thrust into a wack city and now i have to talk to everyone i see and invite them to a church i didn't even know the address to :/
Rough first day. But its ok, i know that the lord has called me here to do his work even if i dont know what im doing i will go and do anyway 
Other things that have been hard include:
I am in Jamaica queens where it is widely know as one of the worst places in queens and its about to be summer (if you know you know)
The ward hates all missionaries 
Its been super cold and windy
I am not good at contacting and im trash at talking to people on the street
The other missionaries/ward leaders seem so focused on the numbers but i wanna be focused on the people so our own beliefs clash a lot
I miss my MTC district and am a little embarrassed to admit that hahahaha
But the good things about this week is that i know all these hard things refine me in the refiners fire and make me a better person.
And my comp is awesome and always positive 
ELDER RALPHS is a great dad and awesome and my favorite trainer ever heh heh heh
The district im in now is super chill and treat eachother like family 
Teaching is super fun but im really bad at it haha
And the best part of this week/last couple days has been coming home knowing i did everything i could today and even though the work might not have been the best i really did try
Even though im a bad missionary now, i will never stop trying my best even if my best is not worth much


My simple testimony is that the lord lives
He loves all of you 
As i love and miss everyone 

Its been rough but good

  Lets gooooooo  Yessir its elder bush back with another super short email  Alot has happened since the last time I emailed so i will try to remember as much as i can... My new companion who i haven't talked much about is so chill, and its very nice to have a comp that is super chill Not that my old comp wasn't, im just very grateful that i haven't gotten a super strict one yet... but i know it will happen soon  My comp (elder tatton) is the district leader so its weird to be what the mission calls a district leader wife He is very good at missionary work  But sometimes this makes me remember of how much more room i have to grow... Im not comparing me to my comp that much, its just that i want to be as good as him one day but i dont know how to do that yet... there are many skills i need to work on! I think it probably just comes with constant effort and alot of time  Anyways its been so good to try to learn from him Hes a dawg Its has been warming up here ...

  Hello! Its elder bush baby  I got transferred to Brooklyn this week!  After i sent the email last week i got the call that i would be leaving Jamaica queens to go finish my training somewhere else! So crazy Im not gonna lie i miss jamaica and the missionaries over there, i am in a way smaller district now so its not as much crazy Fun things that happened this week  I pranked one of the other missionaries in the Jamaica district before leaving queens, its smart because idk if he will ever be able to get me back because i left  Video will be on my google photos Hopefully its PG...   Lets gooooo everybody its elda bush!! This will just be a short email to tell yall that im still alive and doing pretty good   Even though im doing ok out here it is still very rough and hard, i think i am not that smart because im still learning how to do this thing called missionary work. I have much work to do and room to grow  We got some crazy news that our zone conference this week is going to have so many missionaries there! Our zone conference will be combined with 4 zones!
