 Staten Island 

This transfer ive been serving in staten island

This is the 4th borough of nyc that ive served in so far, Manhattan is the only borough i havent served in yet

Staten is very different from the other boroughs tho...

It is much more suburban... and alot less people..

So everything ive learned in the past transfers can be thrown out the window.

Its have been very fun tho

I feel like this is more of a normal mission experience haha

been parkinglot finding alotttt...

I wont knock doors 

But weve been getting up to some stuff haha... having a car has been causing us all sorts of problems  

My comp is from the Phillipines and its great 

Using his Phillipino abilities he got us a spot for Thanksgiving dinner with another family from the Phillipines 

That Thanksgiving dinner was definitely one to remember haha

No turky but alot of other amazing stuff ive never had before

If i stay with my companion next tranfer i will definitely try to show him how America celebrates Christmas.. because he said he never has had a Christmas tree before

We are going to have a blast if we stay together 

Well i have been studying alot about hunting recently because a certain elder on this mission has opened my eyes to this subject haha

If you have any hunting experience, plans, or desire to do so... i am very interested right now for some reason  

But the more important thing is that i have been studying about the book of mormon and the story of how it came to be

I wish i could go in depth on alot of the studying that i have done recently but this email is already way to long i doubt anyone is still even reading 

But i love the testimonies at the beginning of this book and i think it is very interesting that none of them ever went back on that statement 

These testimonies are very powerful and something i always used to skip over but now i never will
